Truth matters-“Picking” a religion on personal preferences is brain-dead and self-refuting. It talks about religion without being religious. Whenever John Denver asks questions that every being would ask if confronted by God, Burns replies with a certain, common sense, matter of fact response. What really impressed me about this movie is the way it confronts religious beliefs with skepticism, confrontation that, in turn, is transmitted to the viewer with all its questions. The people responsible for the accident(they didn`t mean to by the way) soon discover the unusual gift of their “patient”, and begin to take advantage of it. Do they have the personality traits that will enable them to sell for and represent your company in the best way possible? You have to give every tv show a chance to start the story and build the world if you gonna judge by the first few episodes and stop watching the show you would miss a lot of top tier shows. When we have respect of persons within our hearts, we choose those pastors who emotionally excite us or say what we want to hear over those pastors whose message is designed to build Christian character and nothing else. It has great performances, specially from Meg Tilly, as the young nun who has fallen from grace.
